Every DERMAGLEAUX order is packed with care and shipped with tracking. Here’s exactly what to expect.
Order processing
We process and dispatch every order within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking link the moment your order is on its way.
Shipping rates & free shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order — no code needed. Express shipping is available at checkout, and it’s free on orders of $89.00 or more (including every GLEAUX ONE+ kit). Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Delivery estimates
The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during holidays, peak periods and customs processing.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your package every step of the way — or check anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Where we ship
We ship to every country available at checkout. If your country isn’t listed yet, reach out and we’ll let you know when we can deliver to you.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute a package once it has been dispatched, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will be reshipped at the standard shipping rate.
Delayed or lost packages
Carriers occasionally run behind, and tracking can pause between scans while your order is in transit. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, reach out and we’ll help track it down or make it right.
