Skin is personal, and we want GLEAUX ONE+ to earn its place in your routine. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right. Here’s how it works.
Our 60-day promise
If you’re not happy with GLEAUX ONE+, you have 60 days from the delivery date to request a refund — even if you’ve used it. There are no restocking or processing fees.
What can be returned
The GLEAUX ONE+ device and its charging cable can be returned within 60 days of delivery, used or unused. For hygiene reasons, used Microfine Edges can’t be returned — please dispose of them safely. Unopened edge packs can be returned in their original packaging.
Tried it and it’s not for you?
Gave GLEAUX ONE+ an honest try and it didn’t suit you? Reach out within 60 days of delivery and we’ll refund the product price once the device is back with us. We stand behind what we make.
How to start a return
Email us at support@dermagleaux.com or use our contact page with your order number and a quick note on what you’d like to do. We’ll reply within one business day with the return address and simple instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Want a different product instead? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you received the wrong item, we’ll arrange an exchange at no cost to you.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away — no need to send anything back.
Gifts
Bought GLEAUX ONE+ as a gift? The 60-day window starts on the delivery date, and refunds go back to the original payment method.
