## 7. Returns, Refunds, and Guarantee
### 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
DERMAGLEAUX stands behind the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase of a DERMAGLEAUX device, simply contact us at support@dermagleaux.com and return the product within 60 days of the date of receipt in its original packaging, postage paid by sender, together with proof of purchase.
We will process a refund for the full purchase price to the original payment method, minus any shipping and handling charges.

### Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in the original packaging;
- Postage for returns is paid by the sender;
- Proof of purchase must be included;
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receipt;
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned item to process your refund;
- Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

DERMAGLEAUX offers a limited warranty on devices when registered within 90 days of purchase. To obtain warranty coverage, you must register your device and upload proof of purchase by contacting support@dermagleaux.com.
**Failure to register your device within 90 days from the date of purchase renders the warranty void.**
To obtain service under the warranty, email us at support@dermagleaux.com for instructions on returning the defective device, postage paid by sender. DERMAGLEAUX reserves the right to inspect a device subject to a warranty claim to determine whether the claim is covered.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident;
- Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions;
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches and dents;
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs;
- Damage caused by use with non-DERMAGLEAUX accessories or replacement parts.
**UNAUTHORISED RETAILERS.** DERMAGLEAUX's warranty is not available for products purchased from unauthorised sellers, as DERMAGLEAUX is unable to oversee or control the quality of its products sold by such unauthorised sellers. Contact us at support@dermagleaux.com for the names of authorised retailers.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DERMAGLEAUX BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.
